When Hootons first took on the management of this Portishead property, it was clear that the building required urgent attention. Several bay windows had deteriorated over time — one on the second floor was literally hanging off its hinges, while others were boarded up entirely.
Recognising the importance of both safety and presentation, we worked closely with PMBC as Project Managers to coordinate a full replacement of the affected bay windows. This was no small task. The works involved months of careful planning, liaison with contractors and tenants, and ongoing supervision to ensure every detail was completed to a high standard.
